Key Responsibilities
Plan and implement fleet maintenance schedules
Supervise workshop operations (safety, cleanliness, tools)
Manage spare parts inventory
Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
Lead and mentor junior mechanics
Ensure compliance with SOPs
Promote safety, accountability, and professionalism
Qualifications and Skills
Diploma or certificate in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering (TVET or equivalent)
Experience with Toyota 70 Series vehicles and Yamaha outboard engines
Experience with heavy machinery (CAT graders, tractors, generators) is an advantage
Strong diagnostic and repair skills
Ability to manage records and use basic digital tools
Leadership and team management skills
Valid driving license (manual; heavy-duty preferred)
