The TAGDev 2.0 Programme at the University of Eldoret is a fully funded scholarship initiative implemented by RUFORUM in partnership with the Mastercard Foundation.

This program is designed to support academically strong but economically disadvantaged African students to pursue higher education in agriculture and related fields. It focuses on building future leaders who can drive innovation, entrepreneurship, and climate-resilient transformation in Africa’s agri-food systems.
